Broadband Internet with Voice
 
POPP’s Broadband Internet with Voice delivers up to 12Mbps/5Mbps of bandwidth that can be shared between Internet and voice (up to six voice lines), or used only for Internet.

Bandwidth adjusts automatically based on real-time needs—as calls connect and disconnect, bandwidth is dynamically allocated to Internet.

Each call uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology and a portion of the available bandwidth. The amount used depends on the voice codec selected by the customer (G.711 or G.729).

Our Commitment to Service
POPP polls Broadband Internet with Voice Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) every two minutes. If any two consecutive polls receive no response from the CPE, our technical assistance team will proactively call you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to notify you of a possible service issue.
