LSRs are to be emailed to lsr@POPP.com. Please use the most current LSR forms available from ATIS. Handwritten forms will not be accepted. An FOC or reject will be returned within 1 business day of receipt of a request. POPP.com requires a minimum of 3 days for processing after receipt of a clean LSR. POPP.com also adheres to the Simple Port process as defined by the FCC, requiring only the customer account number, zip code, and telephone number for single line accounts. Changes or cancellations can be made on or prior to the due date via telephone by calling our main number 763-797-7900 and asking for Provisioning. Please have appropriate paperwork ready as well.
