Toll free service provides your out-of-town customers with an easy way to contact you. In addition, POPP toll free numbers can be used to track the effectiveness of out-of-town advertising campaigns.

Calling Cards
POPP's calling cards are easy-to-use, convenient and available for use in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, they provide an access number for setting up urgent teleconference calls.

Account Code Numbers
Invented by POPP, account code numbers are a 1-8 digit numeric code that must be entered to make a call. Account code numbers improve security against unauthorized users and allow for easy and accurate bill-back to clients, people, projects and departments. Account code numbers are a free feature included with POPP’s service and are available as verified or non-verified on the following call types:

  • Long Distance
  • International (011)
  • Local
  • 0 Operator Assistance and 411 Directory Assistance

Complimentary Reporting

OPP’s exclusive reporting and billing system provides information that will help your business save time and improve security. The following information is included in POPP’s Long Distance reports:

  • An inventory of the telephone lines, toll free numbers and account code numbers configured for POPP's long distance network, each with a customized description.
  • A summary of the 1+ and toll free state-to-state, in-state and international calls. 
  • A state and country summary of 1+ and toll free calls.
  • An inventory of all active account codes each with a customized description; report is organized by account code, but can also be set up to be organized by group/department (e.g., sales, service, etc.), then by account code number. Provides a breakdown of the calls, minutes and charge per account code number.
  • An inventory of all calling cards each with a customized description, the last time the calling card was used and the number of calls and minutes for the month per calling card. 
  • A history report detailing the number of calls, minutes and charges over the past five months.
