Our Commitment to Service
POPP polls Metro Optical Ethernet customer premise equipment (CPE) every two minutes. If any two consecutive polls receive no response from the CPE, our technical assistance team will proactively call you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to notify you of a possible service issue.
