Easily Manage Your Teleconferences
POPPcom’s integrated web interface allows a moderator to easily manage teleconferences and customize how teleconferences operate.  Following are some of the customizable features:

• Name Announcements – Participants are asked to record their name before joining a teleconference; names are announced as participants join the teleconference.
• Participant Count and Roll Call – Request a participant count or roll call during a teleconference.
• Listen Only/Mute – Participants may request to speak using their telephone keypad when in Listen Only mode.  Allow participants to mute or un-mute their own phone line or only allow the moderator to mute participants.
• Record and Store Teleconferences – Record and store up to 120 minutes or up to four teleconferences.   Download recorded teleconferences from the web interface to make room for more recordings.
• Lock Teleconference – Prevent more participants from joining a teleconference.
  Remove Participants – Disconnect a participant from the teleconference when there is a poor connection or he or she no longer needs to be on the teleconference.
• Adjust Volume Levels – Adjust a participant’s volume level to compensate for poor line quality.
  Music On-Hold/Customized Audio Greeting – Upload a music or audio file to play for participants while they wait for a teleconference to begin.
• Dial Out – Join other participants into the teleconference call at any time.
• Directory – Personalize and store participant names and telephone numbers for future teleconferences.
• History – View information of the past 70 teleconferences.
• Soft Exit – Moderator can exit the teleconference and still allow participants to continue talking.
