Voice Mail Features and Options

Unified Messaging
Incredibly convenient!  New voice mail messages are immediately sent as .wav files to user's e-mail box.  Voice mail messages can be handled just like an e-mail message—user may forward the message to another e-mail address or save the message for future reference.  User can click a link within the e-mail to save or delete a voice mail message from the voice mail box.  Click here to read a case study on Unified Messaging.

Manage My Voice Mail Feature Package
Includes four voice mail features—Outdial, Daily Notification, Pager/Phone Notification and Multiple Greetings.  User can easily change feature configurations, listen to, delete and save voice mail messages via telephone or online.

• Outdial (transfer to another number)
  Voice mail greeting can include instructions directing caller to dial [0] during the greeting or after leaving a voice mail message to be connected to a pre-determined number. 
• Daily Notification
  Out of the office frequently?  When there are new voice mail messages, customer will receive a notification call at a pre-programmed telephone number and pre-determined time each day. 
• Pager/Phone Notification
  Receive a notification to a pager or any device with a local 10-digit number when a new voice mail message is received.  Notification may be activated for all voice mail messages or only urgent messages. 
• Multiple Greetings
  Record and save up to 10 personalized greetings.  Greetings for weekends and holidays may be pre-recorded and quickly updated.

Message Waiting Indication (stutter dial tone)
User will hear a stutter dial tone on the designated telephone line when there is a new voice mail message.

Greeting Only
Voice mail boxes can be reconfigured as greeting only.  Callers are unable to leave a message after the informational greeting plays twice.
