In times of crisis or emergency, it is difficult to determine how to move forward. Once a plan is established, it takes time to get your business back up and running, which leaves the question: “How do we maintain contact with our customers in the meantime?” POPP.com provides a solution.
POPP.com’s Fire and Flood Back-up Plan was developed to help your business reestablish communication with your customers, suppliers, and employees within hours. In a time of crisis, POPP.com will provide your business with:

A 24’ x 24’ space in our building.

Accommodations for up to six people including phone lines and up to six telephones, desks and chairs. We will forward calls to the telephone stations located in your temporary space in our building.*

Access to the internet with bandwidth similar to your company’s existing bandwidth. **

Q: What kind of office equipment will be supplied?
A: We will provide up to six telephones, desks, and chairs.
Q: How will our company make and receive calls?
A: We will provide you with phone lines for making and receiving calls. In addition, we will forward your calls to the telephone stations in your temporary space in our building.*
Q: How many people can fit in the space provided?
A: We will provide accommodations for up to six people.
Q: How long can our company stay in the temporary emergency space? What is the cost?
A: During the first 30 days, the only charge you will incur is your monthly POPP.com phone bill. After 30 days, the charge is $50/day (accommodations for two people), plus an additional $10/day per person (up to six people).
After 60 days, rates will be negotiated monthly.
