Live Remote Assistance
Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem or assistance changing your e-mail settings? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of the POPP.com Technical Assistance team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to quickly help you.

How to Get Support:
A member of our Technical Assistance team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. To get started, please call 763-797-7900 or 1-800-234-7677 and ask for a member of the Technical Assistance team. Live Remote Assistance is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm , Central Standard Time (excludes Holidays).

How It Works:

Step 1 : Once you are on the phone with a member of our Technical Assistance team, you will be directed back to this page. Your POPP.com Representative will provide you with a unique connection code. You will then enter the code in the field below and click the Continue button to initiate the screen-sharing session.

Step 2 : You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.

Step 3 : With your permission, your POPP.com Representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4 : You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
