create unique features/options that enable businesses to provide better service
to their customers. POPP.com Voice Mail provides a way for your customers,
prospects, employees and suppliers to leave a message when all of your local
lines are busy or no one is available to answer a call. Once a message is
left, POPP.com's convenient features allow you to be notified of new messages

POPP.com provides two types of Voice Mail; Basic and
Preferred.
Basic Voice Mail:
- Provides 2-9 Voice Mail Boxes with a 1-Digit
Router.
- Includes a complimentary General Voice Mail Box.
- Callers must enter the router before accessing a
specific Voice Mail Box.
- No additional features/options are available with
Basic Voice Mail.
Preferred Voice Mail:
- Provides single Voice Mail Boxes.
- Provides 2-90 Voice Mail Boxes with a 1-Digit or
2-Digit Router.
- Includes a complimentary General Voice Mail Box.
- POPP.com assigns a phone number to each Preferred
Voice Mail Box to enable a caller to be forwarded into Voice Mail, transferred
into Voice Mail, or call directly in the Voice Mail Box.
Standard features included with Basic
and Preferred Voice Mail Boxes:
- Greeting length - 3 minutes maximum
- Message length - 3 minutes maximum
- 35 messages can be saved/stored
- No maximum on the number of days a message can be
saved/stored
- Remote access to messages
- POPP.com Voice Mail can be integrated with your
local line service by utilizing Call Forwarding features or can be set up to
standalone (Preferred Voice Mail Box).
Options available with Preferred Voice
Mail Boxes:
- 70 or 100 messages can be saved/stored
- Message waiting by E-mail
- Message Hound; choose from 15, 30 or 60 minute
frequency
- Pager Notification
- Call Forward
